Social Anxiety Cure - Stop Anxiety In It’s Tracks Without Medication

social anxiety treatment

Panic attack treatment. You may well be asking if there even is one. A drug free treatment?

Well I can tell you from personal experience that there is a “cure” that doesn’t use drugs. It’s not exactly a “cure” but as near as you will get. You don’t get to take a spoon full of medicine and it’s miraculously cured. But you do get to stop them for good.

I suffered panic & anxiety attacks for a few years after a bad motorcycle spill. I was given every possible drug to try. Nothing worked properly, plus I knew as soon as I came off the drugs any benefit would be lost.

There’s the big problem with medication for anxiety disorders. Any gains you get are lost when you come off the medication. There aren’t many doctors (competent ones anyway) who will keep you on medication for long periods.

You simply have to stop taking the drugs at some point. And that’s when the attacks will be back. You know they are coming back with a vengeance and this can make them all the worse.

In an ideal world a treatment for social anxiety disorders without drugs would be readily available. I can tell you that this treatment does exist and I use it regularly. I fought back and took control.

I used to get anxious just waiting for the next random anxiety attack. Although I say random, with me they weren’t totally random. I know what triggers my attacks. If I’m in a crowd of anything more than about three or four people. That will trigger an attack.

I would run like hell if I got near a small group of people. I still knew how irrational & ridiculous it was. But, I just had to run or risk death.

I did an awful lot of research and spent what seemed like a life time trying to find a permanent cure. I don’t mind telling you it was well worth the wait. I saw a lot of doctors and not one ever mentioned the cure I unearthed.

You can continue to take all manner of medication and pray something works. Or discover what I do every time I feel that little twinge of anxiety. I simply put what I learned into action and kill it dead in its tracks.
