If you are trying to get your ex back, you may well be wondering if you should have sex with her. The answer to this question is simple. You must reignite the sexual part of the relationship as soon as you are possibly able. Sex creates a bonding experience for a woman. Thus, after you sleep together, your ex girlfriend will believe that you are a couple once again.

Of course getting your ex to make her way back to bed with you will not occur very easily. However, if you are following a solid plan (like the one laid out in my Get Ex Back Plan), you will greatly improve your odds. A woman is much more likely to sleep with a familiar guy than one who she hardly knows.

Here’s a common scenario of how this could happen. You have gotten to the point that you are on a date with your ex. You have followed Get Ex Back Plan and the date is going well. Come up with a plan to get your ex to want to come back to your pad. The reason could be something as easy as having her come over to listen to some new music you just got.

The underlying point here is that a woman needs to feel in control of her decision and know why she is about to do something. Of course you both know what may occur, but a woman is trained to be protective of what she has. Therefore, she needs a solid answer in her mind so she can overcome any doubts about going back to your pad. Does that seem to make sense to you?

Once you pop the question, don’t really wait for an answer. Begin to make your way back to your place. She’ll usually say okay or just begin to follow your lead. In her thinking, she is okay to do this, because you have helped give her a reason to make it alright.

If she says no, that is fine. Give her a little room to breathe for the time being.

If you are so lucky as to get her back to your place with you, turn on the ipod docking station and take a look at your vacation pics. Or whatever it is that you had in mind to do while at your house. If she seems to be enjoying herself, slowly allow the evening to move forward. If you hit a brick wall, be content to end the evening and let her know that you had a wonderful evening.

Either way, you will be well on your way to getting your ex back. Ultimately that is your desired result, correct?
